Our Services
1. Business and Executive Coaching
We understand that each business has unique needs based on which stage of business development they are in. Recognising such, we have developed a package of business coaching services centred on three main areas – we call them the Idea Stage, Starter Stage and Growth Stage.
3. Women’s Leadership Forum
The forum will be an annual event targeting women from diverse backgrounds, government officials, the private sector individuals, civil society, academia, international community, indigenous women and aspiring young leaders, to share success stories, learn from each other, seek home grown solutions, discuss challenges thereby positioning themselves better for a more meaningful developmental impact.
5. Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey
To better understand and serve client’s stakeholders better, we carry out comprehensive surveys. We work closely with our clients to tailor the questions in a brief and concise manner, allowing respondents to complete the survey in a short period of time and still capture the information required to achieve the objectives of the exercise.

4. Team Building
Effective team-work is key if an organisation wants to grow and become successful. From an external perspective, we help institutions:• Develop a high-performance team.• Make improvements to team efficiency and effectiveness.• Have open, honest communication that strengthen relationships, improve productivity, and move the team towards results.• Improve staff morale and team bonding.
6. Mentorship Program
With firm commitment to the development and advancement of women in this country, we have partnered with Youth Empowerment Project (YEP) Gambia to run a mentorship program. The program gives experienced female leaders the opportunity to offer guidance and support to young women early in their careers. They will act like role models and encourage their mentees to take the next step, to reach for higher goals and push them to lean in. Mentorship has a transformative power, research has shown that it is an incredible career accelerator.
